What do I do if I received a defective order? What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options? When will I receive my order?

We ship internationally. The delivery time can be 7-60 days according to your location and the choosen product. For more information, see our shipping policy.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

For customers from EU, the VAT should be added to the product price. The default front-end setting for displaying VAT may vary according to your location. For EU customers the prices with VAT displayed are relevant and vice versa. After entering your delivery address, the VAT info displayed may change according to the address entered.

What materials are the product made of?

In most cases, the all-over printed Oversea Skulls are made of polyester (spandex) to ensure superior printing quality and durability. Remaining products are made of 100% high quality cotton, or predominantly cotton fabric. See also the description within each product page.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please check carefully the size guide, attached to each product. Particularly, be careful regarding the Oversea Skulls, since the sizes may be one or two sizes smaller than expected.

What about payment options? Is Paypal the only one?

So far, Paypal is the only payment option. In the near future, the credit card payments will also be accepted - once the partnership with the particular provider will be set up.
